Circle City Conference releases fall standings

As fall sports come to a close, the first official standings for the new Circle City Conference are in. The girls soccer team placed runner-up after Brebeuf Jesuit. Also, jarredtacklekdgirls golf scored second place to Guerin Catholic. Roncalli beat BCHS out of first place in girls volleyball. In total, BCHS placed fourth in the conference for fall sports, but the winner cannot be determined until all sports seasons finish.

As for the future of the Circle City Conference, Mr. Mike Ford, athletic director, said, “The conference is still in its beginning stages. Next year, Heritage Christian will be joining and our goal is to have a total of eight schools.” He said that so far the conference is going well and is set to continue in this positive direction.

Individual All-Conference awards will be announced in November when all the fall seasons end.
