Junior girls, Elena Redmond and Payten Morris, are participating in the Debutante Cotillion and Scholarship Program. The mission of the program is to strengthen personal, civic and leadership development by educational workshops and promotion of community service and scholarship. In the 30 years of the program more than $820,000 in scholarships has been gifted.
